Terms & Condition of Sales

• Production time of each DiaperCake will be approx. 5-7 working days (exclude SH & PH) after full payment is received.
• Additional 20% for rush orders (less than 5 working days, only applicable for 1-4 tiers ).
• Delivery time frame will be predetermined prior to delivery. We will try our best to accommodate requested delivery at a specific time.
• No delivery/ collection on MONDAY.
• Payment to be made 100% upon confirmation of each order.
• 'Baking' process will only begin once payment (100%) has been received.
• Payment method : Inter-bank or ATM transfer (Account details to be advised); PayLah/ PayNow/ Paypal.
• All sales are final once payment is made.
• All goods sold/delivered are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
